I consider myself to be a good baker...these were very disappointing. Probably the most bland, tasteless biscotti I have ever had. Wish I had added a bit more something to them....hesitant to put them out for Thanksgiving....may need a little chocolate dip. They look great...just really blah. :-(

This was also my first attempt at making Biscotti. Easy to make and easy clean-up. I would change one thing. After roasting pistachios, I would let them cool for a few minutes, then chop them to a course texture. Otherwise, everyone raved about the Christmas morning snack with their coffee or hot tea prior to our Christmas lunch/dinner.

These turned out awesome! I have tried a different recipe before and they did not turn out good, but these biscotti's look and taste great! They are so flavorful and I love the roasted pistachios! Thanks Tyler!!

This was my first attempt at making Biscotti. This recipe was easy and ohhh so good. I did have to bake the cut pieces longer to get them a little crispy. 10 minutes on each side.

I made these last week for Christmas and they were a hit with everyone. I used both pistachios and dried cranberries to equal about 2 1/2 cups. Be sure to use a serrated knife to cut them after the first baking because they can crumble quite easily. Next time I'll try almond extract -- I think it will bring out the pistachio flavor better.

The only changes I made to this recipe is cutting the sugar to 1/2cup, and replace the Pistachio with 3/4cup of walnut and 3/4 cup of dried cranberry. Othertimes I add brown sugar, cinnamon power and pecan.
Its been 3yrs that I been bring this treat to my friends' house every Christmas. I saw my friend's husband (who is an italian put some away into their cookie jars when everyone are still in their house. When he saw me catching him doing that, he said to me, "It's so good, I am afraid everyone are going to finish them. So I put some away into the cookie jar so I can have some in the morning." His wife was so embrassed.. hehe
I've tried many of Tyler's dishes and so far none of them has failed me. Thank You Tyler.

After baking these, I drizzle dark chocolate over them. They are much loved and I'll be baking many batches to give away for Christmas.
