This recipe is amazing and produced the best biscotti I think I've ever made. You can also substitute about 1 cup of roasted whole walnuts, which is what I did and my family loved them. One small change: if you want them a bit harder or toastier, I'd bake them a bit longer on both sides after the first initial baking of 35 minutes. Great recipe!

This was one of the simplest, authentic biscotti recipes I have ever tried. It was so easy and delicious. I will be bringing them to every family (Italian gathering from now on! Thank you Tyler!

Made these for holiday cookie trays and continually get requests for them. Have made them using all different kinds of nuts and always come out flavorful and beautiful! If you are not a cookie person, try these anyway.. they are fool proof!
