I've tried several biscotti recipes. The dough on this recipe was really easy to handle. I added a little almond extract which really gave it an added depth of aroma. Good One. Thanks Tyler

I avoided biscotti for years thinking it was difficult. (I don't know why I thought that. These are so good and so easy, I had to make extra batches to give as Christmas gifts because my friends and I kept eating them as fast as I could make them.

I made the mistake of chopping the nuts once. Not again. Keep them whole.

This is the easiest to make and has a very light and savory flavor, if you're looking for one that isn't so sweet. I also dipped half of the biscotti in a nice Belguim milk chocolate.

I halved the pistachios and added dried cranberries as well and this recipe was a bit hit at my annual Christmas cookie swap! Especially among the Italians!

Very easy to make. They are tasty. I use pecans or walnuts instead of the pistachios. They come out great.
