easy preparation,they turned out not only perfect but very,very good. i dipped top of sliced biscotti with dark chocolate. a big hit!

My wife likes them crunchier, so when I did the second baking I turned the oven down to 175 degrees and left them overnight. They came out much better for dunking purposes.

To give this a little extra umph, I added some molasses, ginger, allspice, and white pepper. They turned out to be wonderful spice pistachio biscotti. Wonderful!
