this dough had a great texture , and was simple to make... but i should have trusted my instincts when i thought it called for WAY to much salt. but the tablespoon of kosher salt was definatly way too extreme. the salt was SOOO overpowering and just left us reallly thirsty. i would try a teaspoon of salt if you try this recipe.

I used all purpose flour. Will try the 00 from King Arthur next time. Easy recipe.

This recipe was very easy and produced a really nice crispy crust. I don't have a pizza stone so I put a baking sheet in the oven and transfered the finished pizza to this for cooking. My family was quite pleased with the results. I will definitely be making this again.

The recipe was great, but I made it twice and never used all the flour. I only ever had to use about 2 1/4 cups. Other than that it turned out perfectly! I definately recommend trying it!

if you want a chewy NY/East Coast style crust then this is not it. It's a good thin crispy gourmet type of crust but not like NY or east coast pizza crust.

I must have done something wrong. The edges were brown and crispy but the pizza dough bottom was floppy and doughy. I even cooked the second pizza longer. I will try this again because Tyler has not failed me yet on any of his recipes. He is the Ultimate himself!

This recipe is the BEST EVER
After searching and trying different recipes for 30 years of my life, this one is finally the one I will stick with.
I used Gold Medal "Harvest King" flour which is used by artisan bakers. It is new on the market and available in your local grocery stores. Makes a world of difference. Be sure to dust your pizza paddle generously with flour so that the pizza will slide off onto your stone easily. I have also used cornmeal on the paddle to make it slide off easily. Either one works perfectly!
    Thanks Tyler....
