This is a wonderfully easy recipe. It doesn't take that long and I really wouldn't call this a "medium difficulty"
I enjoy adding my own creativity to some of these recipes - so instead of white flour I used an organic whole wheat (red wheat and towards the end of combining the flour with the other ingredients - I added a little amber beer...a real flavorful beer for this is Fat Tire (New Belgium - rich with malt and adds a great texture to the dough.
for this I also made my own pizza sauce - fire roasted tomatoes, garlic, basil and oregano...

Easy and reliable recipe. Works everytime. This recipe makes a light crust which you can make thick or thin.

This is the easiest recipe for pizza dough. The dough is so easy to work with after it rises. I'll never buy store dough again.

This recipe is great. It is versatile and delicious. I would say it is an easy recipe, not the medium as they say. I have mixed up the recipe and used spelt sometimes, whole wheat flour and even added things like rosemary and basil to the dough. It is a great recipe and always a crowd pleaser!

This would probably be a good recipe but the amount of salt is listed incorrectly. Use 1 TEASPOON, not a tablespoon as is called for in the recipe.
