So easy. Gave it 4 stars because it was a little doughy. May make crust a bit thinner next time and bake for a few minutes before adding the toppings. My entire dough fit a 16 inch pizza with a little left over. I love salty foods and this was a bit salty. Will probably cut salt in half next time and I used kosher salt.

I did this in my kitchen aid stand mixer (my husband was happy to see me actually use this! it was easy and delicious! We've made it a few times and have also substituted half whole wheat flour and it was still pretty yummy! This will definitely stay as my go-to for pizza dough. Thanks Tyler.

Perfect! It was so easy. I used to buy "ready-made" crust but not anymore. Thanks Tyler Florence!

I did not enjoy this at all. I was looking more for a new york style pizza crust, thin and chewy. This was too thick and doughy. It didn't have good flavor either. I would not make this again.

This recipe is excellent....easy to make and great flavor! I think the problem with all the reviews stating that this recipe is too salty is that they are not using the correct type of salt. The recipe calls for kosher salt which is not nearly as fine as traditional salt. This recipe has the PERFECT amount of salt if you actually use what the recipe calls for.....KOSHER SALT! I have made several different dough recipes and my kids like this one the best!

Nice combination of crispy and chewy, so long as you don't roll/stretch it too thin. WAY TOO MUCH SALT. . .suggest no more than two teaspoons.

I have made this recipe so many times, I've lost count. It is by far the best one I have ever used. I especially like that it is able to be rolled very thin, which is how we like our crust around here! If I have lots of time, I'll kneed it myself or enlist the help of my 11 year old son, but I usually use my KitchenAid. It's not quite right if I use the bread machine to kneed it.

This dough was really easy to make but it wasn't my kind of dough. I like chewy dough.

Thought this was a really easy dough to make and work with. It is a bit of a thinner, crispier crust but it was really good and held up really well to all the toppings we had on it. If you are looking for a thicker and chewier crust this probably is not it but it was perfect for us! No more running to the bakery for dough!

I think dough is too much little a cracker in flavor and bread in texture most likely better as a dessert pizza instead of the Boston style pizza I am looking to create. Tyler is one of my favorites but this one just didn't do it for me.
