This dough was fabulous. Light and airy if you roll it out thin enough. It even bubbles up beautifully. Good amount of salt compared to other recipes I have used. This is my new stable pizza dough recipe.

The recipe was easy to make, I used the dough to make Calzones. I only gave it a 4 because it was a little salty, although everyone ate every bite. The next time I am going to cut the salt in half.

I believe this recipe is written incorrectly. I believe it should be 1 teaspoon of salt instead of 1 tablespoon of salt. Every other pizza dough recipe with these proportions calls for 1 teaspoon. I use celtic sea salt, so the that should not be the problem. Perhaps Tyler could clarify it for us.

I put in less salt than the recipe called for, following what a lot of other people said in their reviews...I found it could have handled at least 3/4 tbsp... I don't have an electric mixer and yet this was still so easy to make. A solid recipe I'll keep for years.

This is my go to reciepe when I want a good pizza at home. I also like to make pizza pockets with it. Dough is a cinch to make and comes out the same every time. I think it is pretty simple. I see where others are worried about the amount of salt but I think it adds nice flavor to the crust so try it first and back off later if you wish.

I tried this 2 nights ago because of all the good reviews. I had never made pizza dough before, so I was skeptical. Well it was sooooooo easy!! And it made perfect dough. I think the stone made a big difference too. I cooked 2 of them on the stone, but I dont have a peal, I was using flour covered cookie sheets, the last one wouldn't slide off - so I just cooked it on the cookie sheet on the stone - the crust wasnt nearly as crunchy - which my husband loves!! Anyway, I thought it was an easy to follow and easy to do recipie with fantastic results!
