Excellent dressing. I added more vegetables such as Kale, onions, shredded carrots and cilantro.

I made this last year for Thanksgiving and doubled the recipe. It was amazing and I will make it again this year. Thanks for this great addition to a traditional Thanksgiving

This was a all-star salad. We made it at thanksgiving and everyone raved about the tasty combination of flavors. Will absolutely make this again.

I loved Loved LOVED this salad! I made it for Thanksgiving and it was such a huge hit. Everyone wanted the recipe! I also used pomegranate concentrate from Whole Foods. The dressing and all the elements made a great flavor profile. I normally don't eat salad because I've hated every single one that I've tasted, but this is an exception! This is probably the best salad I've ever eaten. Thanks Tyler. You are amazing!!!

This was a hit at our Thanksgiving. Couldn't find the pomegranate molasses so I used pomegranate concentrate that I purchased at Whole Foods. There was plenty of dressing left over so I used it the next night on mixed greens with tomato and cucumber and feta and it was not good at all. Did not mix well with the tomato and cuke. It would, as others have said, be great with feta rather than parm in the original recipe. I also think pine nuts might be nice with it.

It seems a lot of people are having difficulty with the pomegranate molasses. Alton Brown has a fantastic recipe for making it. Just search for his grilled lamb with pomegranate molasses recipe.

There's two things that I've found work much better with this recipe: The first is to substitute half the arugula with spinach, and use feta cheese instead of Parmigiano-Reggiano.

This was a wonderful salad...amazing flavors! I also reduced POM juice in place of the molasses...it too much longer than 10 minutes, however. I used only a portion of the vinaigrette. Save your olive oil and make only 1/2 the vinaigrette recipe. You will have plenty:

The store did not have pomegranate molasses so I bought 100% pomegranate juice and boiled it for about 10 minutes till it reduced by half and became thick. I used this to mix with the lemon, red vinegar, etc. It still was delicious. The store also did not have fresh pomegranates either so I was not able to include the seeds in the salad. But overall I would definitely make this salad again. Next time I will drizzle just a little bit of the vinaigrette over the salad. I think this time I accidently put a little too much so it was a little overwhelming. I will definitely be keeping this recipe to make again though!

I MADE THIS RECIPE FOR THANKSGIVING. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, NOW A FAVORITE. THE RECIPE OFF THE FOOD NETWORK FOR 'POMEGRANATE MOLASSES' WORKED JUST FINE. I CUT IN ROMAINE WITH THE ARUGULA TO 'STRETCH' THIS SALAD. NOT A SEED WAS LEFT! THANKS, FLORENCE!
