I watched the show yesterday and decided to use the chicken in the refrigerator instead of waiting to buy pork. Turned out equal or better than that served in a restaurant. The key trick was allowing the meat to rest in the refrigerator prior to frying. Also made the Spazte without the mushrooms. Turn out good, but next time I'll cut back on the Nutmeg. Thank you Bobby.

We love pork chops but, this recipe takes pork chops to a whole different level. They were ssssoooo good we did not want our stomach to get full !!! Also we prepared the Spaetzle, again, this dish was ssssoooo good. The two dishes together were amazingly delicious. Everyone needs to try these two very easy dishes. Thanks Tyler!!!!! Keep them coming.

Watched you make this meal today and had to make it for dinner tonight. It was absolutely amazing. The pork was tender and the apples were great. The best part was the spatezel, which I have never had and turned out to be easy and delicious. I will make this whole meal for our next dinner party.
