It's easy to make and and comes out perfectly every time. And it uses an inexpensive cut of meat. However, we don't care much for the sauce and substitute other homemade sauce. But the cole slaw is perfect with the pork!

I made this again this weekend for a football tailgate (the first time was Father's Day. It never gets anything but rave reviews, and it couldn't be easier -- although, the last couple of times I've cooked the pork in the crock-pot, which actually IS even easier. The sauce is fantastic, and the slaw is the perfect touch (though I usually make a half recipe of slaw, because it makes A LOT!. Thanks, Tyler, for helping me make making my BBQ-aficionado dad proud.

This recipe is so simple to make, but
the results are fabulous! The sauce is
better than anything you could buy in
a store. I have had many requests for
the recipe. You will most likely prepare it again and again as I have.
I find that it is better with not too
fatty a cut of meat. Another winning
recipe from Tyler!!!

I did not make the barbecue sauce but it was great with store brand sauce. My family loved it and wants me to make it again

This is my first try at pulled pork and it came out great! I altered the prep by smoking it with mesquite wood for about 5 hours, and then baked it for another 5 hours. The sauce is excellent.

This was absolutely delicious. I've made it many times for different family functions. The only alteration I make is add more ketchup to the sauce to cut back the vinegar little.

What a wonderful recipe this is!! It is different than any other hot sandwich meat that I ever tasted. If you like spicy foods, this will satisfy you. Try it, you'll like it.

We tried this recipe with a little reluctance but found it to be better that anything we've had in restaurants. Thanks Tyler! This is our favorite recipe so far. We just can't get enough of it.
