This was so tender and juicy that my six-month old daughter could eat it. We all enjoyed it very much and I am thrilled to be able to make pulled pork the easy way! I'll be making this a lot at our house.

I found the pork to be the best tasting I had ever made but the sauce was too strong for any person in the family. I ended up not using the sauce but making my own.

I really liked the tangy mustard sauce, although I did add more sugar. The rub, however, was way too salty and strong for my taste. I am making it again and will be cutting the paprika way down.

We made this for a large church bbq and it was easy and delicious and the crowd loved it.

Recipe is easy to follow, however the sauce is very tangy. If you like that kind of sauce, then you should like this recipe. I had to add some more ketchup and brown suger to calm it down. I also did not use the full 1 1/2 cup of cidar vinegar.

I made this recipe using a pressure cooker and it turned out fabulously in a fraction of the time! Wasn't too crazy about the sauce - too much vinegar and mustard.

Super! The pork was moist and extremely flavorful. I didn't have dried mustard so I just used regular mustard for the rub and it worked fine. For the bbq sauce, as suggested by another person, I used only one cup vinigar and made it ahead. By the time it was dinner it was perfect on the pork and wonderful on grilled chicken the next day.
