I would beware of making these on Thanksgiving if you are hosting - they leave behind a MAJOR odor! Looking forward to trying them when they're cool.

Very tasty, great way to use up surplus radishes from the garden. Yum!

I made this recipe in Florida for my mom and dad, the only thing I added was scliced white onions instead of the fennel. We all loved it, I prepared it the night before and could not stop eating it. Radishes are so under rated, but they are not only good for you but are very tasty. Finished the leftovers with dark toast and brie the next morning.

I made this recipe because it looked different and fairly easy. If you like radishes, this is the recipe for you. The radishes have an almost earthy flavor to them and they do smell a little weird when you're done with them. They're different, though, and my mother liked them even though she thought she wouldn't. I would suggest making a bit less than the four bunches, so you're not wasting a lot of radishes that you're not going to like, as this is definitely an interesting dish.
