    First had Oysters served with a Cucumber Mignonette at the Edison Cafe/Saloon in Edison, WA. They were served in shot glasses with the Mignonette in the bottom and the Oysters placed on top of the Mignonette. AWESOME! Tried this recipe here in AL with Willapoint Oysters harvested in WA on the Oympic Peninsula and WOW, just like sitting in the great NW with fresh shucked ones.
