This was my first time making crepes and they actually came out perfectly, using a teflon pan is key. The orange zest in the filling and in the sauce really gave the flavor an extra kick. Nice alternative to pancakes.

You Rock, Man.
The batter is really easy, but some people (like me need a little more help on actually cooking the things. I have seen some people use the outside bottom of the pan, instead of pouring the batter into the usual cooking insde method. Is one better than the other?
