This recipe was great and easy to make. My family really liked it.

These pancakes were disgusting. They were wet and uncooked inside, but the outside burned quick, even on medium-low heat. They were too time-consuming to make and such a waste of ricotta cheese. My batter looked chunky too. Save your money and dont make these pancakes.

My husband liked these, but I didn't care too much for them. They seemed to take a lot longer too cook than regular pancakes and as much as I like lemon, these had too much for my taste. I'll stick to my good old buttermilk pancakes.

Pancakes had an ok flavor. They were just too wet, time consuming, and hard to flip. Wouldn't make this again

I made this one Sunday morning for me and my husband and it was great. I overheard my husband bragging about what he had for breakfast to two of his friends-that's the ultimate! Thanks Tyler.

I made these for my sons, who have never enjoyed pancakes in the past, but they couldn't get enough of these. The texture was amazingly velvety and the subtle taste of the orange zest was perfect...

I have to say these pancakes had a very unique and great taste to them. It did take a lot of time, but well worth the wait. The pancakes were a little thin. If you make them exactly like the recipe states, everything should come out perfect.

Tyler Florence's ricotta pancakes are wonderful...not only did he make them look soo fantastic on his show, 'Tyler's Ultimate', but thet are just as wonderful in your own kitchen. These are pancakes I'd definitely serve up to my own mother...thanks again Tyler! You have my "ultimate" rating.

I followed the recipe to the tee and fixed one the size he did. I cooked it in butter and it stuck to the pan and was mushy inside. So, the next one I sprayed the pan and made smaller. Still came out mushy. I cooked them for the time it said and even longer, guess it is the cheese. Had all this batter left that I did not want to throw away so I added some vanilla and baked in a loaf pan. One hour and still the middle was mushy. But after it cooled was not toooo bad. Put strawberries and whip cream and not so bad. Will not fix again.

These are, by far, the best pancakes I've ever made. Whoever is reading this should definitely give these a try.
