I have made this recipe on more than one occassion. One in particular was for my girlfriends family members. Her sister had to say this about the chicken and i quote " this chicken is the thing i've ever eaten. its orgasmic."
thats how good this chicken is. thanks T.

This recipe is easy and delicious. I have never had a chicken so moist. I have shared this recipe with two friends and both say the same thing they couldn't stop eating until the chicken was all gone. They also commented on how easy and moist it was. I did use a little chicken broth for basting as my chicken didn't prduce much juice in the bottom of the pan. The mushrooms were outstanding also.

    Thank you Tyler

I don't know what I did wrong... I had nice moist chicken but it just tasted like chicken. The sauce was good but not enough to coat every bite. missing the flavor for me.

I thought I made a great roast chicken until I tried this. The flavors permeate every bit of chicken meat. The jus from the roasting chicken and mushrooms made my guests swoon they were so delicious! Didn't even bother to turn it into gravy...just separated out the fat. I would recommend using organic, free range chicken as called for in the recipe. It makes a huge difference. High impact flavor and incredibly easy!

Made this recipe for my family and everyone loved it. The chicken was juicy and tender and the flavor was wonderful. I am a huge mushroom fan so the mushrooms were a terrific addition plus added so much flavor the juice. In our family we put the juice over the noodles or rice. Thanks Tyler.

I have 7 members to my household. Each has his or her own taste so it is very hard to find something everyone likes. This recipe was perfect. Not only did it feed the whole family but everyone loved it. Five kids and not one turned it down. The flavor was perfect.
