    The chicken was moist and flavorful. It was definitely the best I have ever cooked. The mushrooms were wonderful as well.

    I made one small change, I used some sage in the stuffing but I don't think Tyler would mind that. Definitely try this recipe!

    I followed the recipe exactly. The flavor of this roasted chicken was fantastic - and - the herbed mushrooms were out of this world! Not to mention how my home was filled with such wonderful aromas . . . even through the next day!

    Made them with cheap bacon, parmagano/Reggiano cheese and Butter Biscuits, all of these I had on hand.
    Otherwise, I followed the recipe and voila they were sure good.
