This recipe was perfect, next time I will even use more mushrooms. I also made a whole wheat cous cous that I cooked with porcini mushroom stock as a side dish.

This really is easy and it's so good!We love garlic, so put a bit more of that in. If you want a roasted chicken to really impress someone, this will do the trick!

I made this for my sister and her husband. It was so flavorful and easy. I did not have fresh thyme and had to use dried, but it was still amazing. Tyler you are awesome!

The chicken came out well, moist breast and not overcooked. However, putting over $10 worth of mushrooms into the roaster after 45 minutes of cooking, but not adding anything but salt and pepper left them very bland. I had expected much more flavor at least from the chicken drippings. Will stick with Tyler's "Ultimate Roast Chicken" recipe and forget the addition of mushrooms.

My husband and I often muse about what we'd like our last meal to be (hopefully, neither of us will end up in jail to find out. He wants the perfect Roast Chicken. This just may be it. So easy, even a jailhouse cook couldn't mess it up. And the mushrooms were spectacular. Thanks, Tyler!

This was fantastic. I often shy away from some recipes because they never taste as good as I imagine they will. This was an exception however. The potatoes were great, my husband commented on them at least three times during supper time.

This is a wonderful recipe. Any Tyler is my favorite chef. My only problem is his sanitary habits! While he does rinse his hands when handling raw chicken, he doesn't use soap! Also, he did not wipe the mushrooms clean, or wash the tomatoes. Just took them right out of the package. Gross!

This chicken dish is so easy and delicious to make. We must make it at least once a week.
