This was as easy as it was good !! Loved it. I made it when we were on a family camping trip. The relatives loved it and so did I. Can't give enough thumbs up for this one!

The idea of honey and beer was really appealing, the results were disappointing. The meat was overall grey in appearance, the meat wasn't juicy, and it just didn't work out. Also, the sauce was way too sweet for my taste. After following the directions exactly, with disappointment. I added another can of stout, and allowed it to slow-roast for another couple of hours, or until the meat was falling off the bone. Then it was quite good. I'm not sure I do this one again. it was easy, but the results just weren't all that.

The roasted lamb received rave reviews by all who at it. A nice sweetness added to the outside of the meat by the beer and honey. Very tasty and easy!
