The turkey was so delicious and moist! The flavors were wonderful. This tastes like something you would get at a nice resteraunt/cafe for lunch. I didnt think my kids would go for the spices though and I just gave them turkey/cheese with mayo and cinnamon sugar. I just slightly toasted their bread in the oven. they loved their sandwiches also. I had to use mozzerella as I couldnt find the cheese used in this. This is very good and I will definetly be making it again.

I didn't think 3 sandwiches would be enough for 4 people so prepared 4 & I was wrong(! ~ these are filling esp. if, as I did, you add left-over ham.
These are, definitely, a Fattening Favourite .. 1/2 sand w/ a salad is on my agenda for next time. They do brown quickly so watch carefully.

The delicate mix of flavors is perfectly balanced. The fontina cheese was different than I expected, stronger, but very good in this sandwich. Swiss would be a good alternative for someone who isn't adventurous when it comes to flavors. Nothing like a hot sandwich to satisfy your hunger.

This sandwich was exceptional... a great way to add flare to your typical dull turkey sandwich. The avocado and fontina cheese added great flavors as wee as that herb butter. I also added some olive oil to my butter/herb mix - it seemed to make the butter a good consistency as well as prevent burning. My only question, the recipe calls for lemon juice but yet I didn't see it actually used within in the cooking instructions! Did I miss something? Also, on the television show, Tyler cooker the turkey breast in a frying pan on top the stove (breast down prior to putting it in the oven. This was also not in the recipe. I followed his intructions from the show and actually tried the pan prior to cooking it in the oven. A great way to brown the bird - and the results were beautiful! Why wasn't this included in this recipe???

I have two sons who cook for themselves in their respective university homes. This Recipe gives huge nutrition, is drop dead simple as far as baking the turkey breast, and allows freedom to be creative in fast easy ways (wraps, stir frys, etc for other meals. You just don't think to fix just a Turkey Breast. The traditional Thanksgiving Turkey is a yearly venture and this broke the rule! We fixed two 2lb. turkey breasts yesterday on the barbeque (30 minutesin frypans like Tyler showed and the moistness of the meat was the big surprize. Usually when fixing the whole bird, the breast is the dryest piece. This was deffinitely not the case. Instead of staight butter, we mixed it with olive oil so it wouldn't burn. Thanks!Karen
