    I never liked asparagus, but I thought I'd give this recipe a try. But...I still don't like asparagus. : I think I was hoping for a miracle recipe that made asparagus taste like something else! The other flavors were good though.

    This recipe rates 5 stars in my recipe book! Prep is simple, ingredients are minimal, and it is quite tasteful!!! I like to sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.

    I made a LARGE Easter meal and so was very pleased to find another very good; very easy recipe. The asparagus was perfectly crisped and simply seasoned. My family loved it, as it is not the traditional green vegetable that you find at our dinner table! And I even forgot to add the cheese!

    I am addicted to oven roasted vegetables, including asparagus, also brocolli and cauliflower (and potatoes all done this way except I smother them in chopped or minced garlic! Can't get enough!
