This was a huge hit at my dinner party! Everyone loved it so much and asked me for the recipe. It is now my favorite way to make asparagus and it was simple! The second time I made it I also added a little Balsamic vinegar and that was awesome too! Thanks!

It had never occured to me to roast Asparagus and although I enjoyed steamed, it wasn't a family favorite. This is an easy to way to cook and serve it and the taste is magnificant. It gives Asparagus a whole new taste and texture. I doubt I will ever eat steamed again. BTW: the family loved it too, including our teen boy who is a pretty picky eater.

They had a taste of burned evoo. But very tender and good. I may have used too much evoo since all other reviews had good luck. I was going to try with a different oil next time, but I am going to try again with less oil.

I saw this recipie on How to Boil Water and the running joke of my life is that I can't manage to do that...so the fact that I could accomplish this recipie like a pro was awe-inspiring. I encourage everyone to give it a try. I loved it...it was so easy! And it tasted delicious! You did it...made me believe I can learn to cook.
And eat healthier and save money. Not a down side to this, is there?

I have always liked asparatus, and thought this version was particularly good, but I even caught my mom, who claims she doesn't like asparagus, sneaking seconds. Tendercrisp and sweet, with just enough richness from the olive oil and the salty tang of the parm, what's not to love? Yummy!
