    Used forelle pears, borsin and wrapped with prosciutto. Prepared these little delights to serve with an ultimate cheese course - WOW. Luckily I made plenty!!! Fantastic.

    You'll surely impress your friends with this dish -- yet it's SO easy to prepare. The combination of salty and sweet flavors is wonderful. I used Bosc pears and served them over salad greens as a salad course rather than an appetizer.
