To the person below, actually by leaving the silks on during cooking, they will all come off cleanly with the husks! So much easier than trying to peel back the husks and removing silks before cooking try it!

This would be 5 stars with one exception. You should peel the husk down and remove the silk, then put the husk back before placing in the oven. It's much easier when it's cold and you're not starving!

This is the only way to make sweet corn. We tried it and it is amazing. The corn becomes so sweet and tender. We will never make it another way again!

Very surprised and amazed that corn could become sweeter by roasting it. THIS one has be added to my arsenal of corn recipes. Thank you Mr. Tyler Florence.

If you're looking for something different, this isn't a bad alternative. I actually added one small jalepeno pepper, finely minced, to the mixture as well as the zest of the lime. This left a very subtle heat on the tongue but nothing overpowering. Overall, it lacked any real WOW factor for me but it's still a nice change of pace.....however, I still like the traditional butter and salt. I also prepared the corn on the outdoor grill since that is the only way I cook corn on the cob.

Wow, I really wasn't expecting too much for this, but it is awesome! I didn't have Chilli powder so I mixed together a little Cayenne pepper and paprika and it was great! I don't think I could eat corn any other way!

We are a family of corn connoisseurs, and were blown away by the delicious taste of this corn. Roasting really does make a difference, and the chili lime butter was a hit even with the young kids. They gobbled it up! This will become our standard method for cooking summer corn!! Tyler, you are the BEST!!!!!

The only thing that makes me sad about this recipe is that its the end of summer and corn in the fresh corn wont be available for awhile. I LOVED it!!!
