This recipe is sure to be a hit at your next bbq. Make sure you use fresh parmesan or you can buy the Kraft shavings. It usually takes a little longer to roast the corn on the grill but it is worth every minite of prep time!
I've made this recipe a dozen times. With and with out short cuts. You can't go wrong if you follow the recipe. Don't be afraid of your corn getting char'ed it just makes it yummier. ;

I've made this twice now and I'm totally in love with it. You can even make it for people who don't like mayo because they'll never know it's in there. I don't have cayenne so I just use chili powder and it's excellent. I also use lemon juice because I don't have lime.
I highly recommend people try this super easy, really flavorful recipe!

I made this one night for my husband and we are now OBSESSED with it. This corn is so amazingly good that it has become a staple around my house. Just keep in mind that the Lime is a must! It makes all the flavors pop!

This is my favorite way to eat corn! Also, growing up in Texas, I used to buy this from little stands where they cut the corn off the cobb and mix it with mayo, hot sauce, butter, lime and soft mexican cheese. It is called elotes locos. Deeeeliicious!

This is the best corn I've ever had! It's even a great way to prepare frozen or canned corn too.

I just made this recipe and both my boyfriend and I thought it was excellent. The only change I made was I used frozen corn and just stuck it under the broiler like he suggests. I tossed with mayo, lime juice, cayenne, parm, and s & P and it was great! I will definitely make this again, hopefully next time I can try it on the cob!

This was an interesting and different way of eating corn on the cob. It was a good dish to try once, but the flavors are so different, that my husband and I decided we like plain ol' butter and salt on our corn. The technique of roasting and then grilling was great, and I will definitely do that again.

I'm from Texas and I've never seen or tasted this type of recipe for corn on the cob. The parm cheese is very good on the corn. A+ - We will have these again...maybe at our next BBQ!
