I made these last night and they are great. I used my own choice of seasonings and had the oven at 425. they did take 30 minutes to cook but I think if I had preheated my oven to 500 and then turned it down, the 20 minutes would have been perfect.

I see fingerling potatoes all the time until the day I needed them to make this recipe for a dinner party, but I used baby reds instead, they made an excellent substitute. The recipe is really tasty and quite easy to make.

Be warned that the time on this recipe is way off. I allowed for 30 minutes and even that wasn't enough. This is going to take 45 minutes, easy, maybe more. In fact, the timing on this recipe flies in the face of the time on Tyler's other fingerling potato recipe.

This is at least the second recipe of Tyler's where he ridiculously underestimates the time, definitely check the comments section for time-warnings on any of his recipes.

I just had a baby, but decided to host Christmas dinner anyway. I made this and the Warm Wilted Winter Greens salad to accompany the Honeybaked Ham we got and it was perfect! I only had to be in the kitchen for about an hour and had a beautiful dinner for my guests. Make sure you use enough salt and pepper, though--I wish I had been more generous.

These potatoes look so gourmet, but they are so easy. And, you truly taste the potato. Most of the time, potatoes are topped with butter, sour cream, cheese, etc. and the taste is hidden behind the toppings. This recipe brings out the fresh, earthy tastes of potatoes and herbs.

Fixed these potatoes with Tyler's Beef Wellington and my husband and I have decided this will be our new traditional Christmas meal. Fantastic and so easy.

Is what I got tonight after making these potatoes! They were so yummy. It was a little difficult to find fingerlings, but I found them and my guests loved them!!!

Okay it's Christmas Eve and I want to make Tyler's Roasted Fingerling Potatoes. But what's a pint of potatoes? Couldn't you have given the recipe by weight? I know a pint of liquid weighs 16 ozs. so I'm going with that but how confusing. I'll let you know how it turns out.
