Roasted New Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds red new potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
  • In a large bowl, coat potatoes with oil; sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.

  • Spread out on a baking sheet and bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until golden.
