Deliciously easy. I was out of oregano, so I modified by cubing the potatoes, added minced garlic and tossed them in a bag with olive oil. Once on the baking sheet, I seasoned with salt and pepper, fresh rosemary and Italian parsley. I served this with Tyler's Roasted Chicken. The meal was a huge hit with the family.

Fabulous prepared with no alterations. Love the idea that there is so much potential to play with this recipe. Can't wait to try it again, soon. Thank you Tyler.

This recipe is simple and delicious. Everyone loved it, including the children. I cut the potatoes into 1-inch chunks and added some roughly chopped onion before roasting. It turned out to be very tasty. Will make again for sure.

Made these potatoes tonight for dinner...they were absolutely delicious, and so very easy to make! Great idea for a dinner party or when you need to throw something quick together and still want to impress your guests. Also highly recommended for "beginners" you can't go wrong with this recipe... Very simple to make, I added some sour cream, fresh chopped dill herbs, grated parmesan cheese, and bacon bits (or cooked bacon broken off into bit size pieces. Try it, they are delicious!
