Great, easy recipe! I didn't have yukon gold potatoes so used large red potatoes and quartered them twice. Also didn't have parsley, but had thyme (which was presented in the photo and they were terrific. Had to bake close to 45 minutes at 400 degrees to get them browned and crisped. This will definitely be my go to roasted potatoe recipe from now on. Thanks Tyler!

Delicious and so easy! Mine did take a little longer than 20 minutes to brown up though. But they tasted great. I served them as an appetizer with a garlic aioli. YUM!

Excellent because of their ease, crisp on the outside, soft on the outside texture!!! Served this with a Beer Marinated Flank steak and Caesar Salad with Parmesean Croutons from Epicurious...

This is such an easy recipe that will make you look like a professional chef in the eyes of the people who eat it.
The potatoes turned out great! They were so tasty and tender. I got all kinds of positive compliments from my Christmas dinner guests.
Thank you!

This has become my family's favorite potato recipe. It's simple and I usually have all of the ingredients at home.
