    Roasted Potatoes is a straightforward and simple recipe. We are not all chefs nor do we all have 20+ ingredients in the pantry for a quick and delicious disk. These potatoes were awsome and my guests thought that I had gone to alot of trouble. I plated them on a bed of spinach and drizzled a chili powder mayo sauce around the serving platter.

    My grandmother used to make potatoes similar to these, and I've been roasting them ever since, but I've never tried the Yukon Gold potatoes. They were delicious. I added a small sliced Vidalia onion halfway through the cooking time. If you add the onion sooner, it will burn.

    These were sooooo easy and yet gourmet quality. Everyone will this you are a true chef! Expirement with them like some of the other reviewers did by adding different things!
