I liked the recipe very much, but I did not care for the cinnamon, I would have used brown sugar instead. It is a wonderful/out of this world side dish with Baked Honey ham.

doesn't need honey, if any sweetener I'd opt for a tiny bit of brown sugar sprinkled over top which will crystalize nicely, perhaps mix some brown sugar with softened butter and dot on top...do add some herbs like parsley and chives or cilantro instead of parsley goes really well with sweet potatoes...

I thought that the cinnamon and honey combined perfectly to enchance the subtle flavor which was achieved. Roasting's the only way to go!

We really enjoyed this recipe! I didn't measure anything and ended up adding more honey at the end in place of the oil. We'll be making this again!

I watched Tyler make this dish the same day I was deciding what to prepare for Easter dinner. It's simple, fast and very flavorful. I'll be making yams this way from now on.

These potatoes tasted great because they weren't too sweet. I put the oil, honey and cinammon together into a large bowl with the potatoes, tossed them by hand and then spread them on the tray. I drizzled the remaining oil from the bowl onto top to make sure they were completely covered (this prevented the honey from burning since it took about an hour them to cook. I'll definitely be making these again.

Where's the honey "butter" come in?
