I love sweet potatoes and cannot believe I waited so long to try this dish. I usually do sweet potato fries.
I served this as a side with barbecued baby back ribs. Since it seemed to be very sweet, as were the ribs, I added a little heat with cayenne pepper sprinkled with the cinnamon. Sensational!!

Delicious although I wish there was a little crunch. Maybe I'll add some pecans next time.

Absolutely delicious. Made this for Christmas dinner. It was easy and a huge hit. Even my husband said "I don't like sweet potatoes, but those smell great!". I couldn't convince him to try one, but my sister-in-law did (she doesn't like sweet potatoes either and she went back for more...and went home with the recipe. This recipe is a definite keeper (I followed it exactly and will be used for every holiday from now on!! Thanks!

I made these for Thanksgiving this year and they were a hit. I decided on this recipe because it didn't sound like it was going to be 'ultra' sweet, as my son doesn't like sweet potatoes that are smothered in all sweet stuff. He loved this. I would definitely recommend trying this.

Just perfect. I did try it with a bit of minced jalapeno peppers, just to try - delicious. This is a keeper.

Great recipe; easy and oh so delish. I made this with an herb crusted pork roast. My guests raved about it. I did slice 1/2 of an onion and it gave it another layer of flavor. Loved it!

This recipe was AWESOME!!! Super easy to make, and gone in seconds. My roommate who has repeatedly told me she doesn't like vegetables... had seconds and even raved about them. I did however sprinkle some brown sugar over them right before putting them in the oven.

unbelievably easy and so delicious. I love this recipe because it's not too sugary and it requires almost no work, just the time to peel and cut the potatoes. The cinnamon is a great addition. I will definitely do it again because it's so easy to make and i always have sweet potatoes in my pantry because they keep forever.
