... my favorite combination. I'll be cooking sweet potatoes this way from now on (other than grilling.
I may try experimenting with other spices - like allspice next time.

Sounds good, but where's the butter?

I loved this dish. I made it for Thanksgiving last year, and was asked to make it again this year because everyone really enjoyed it. Thanks Tyler!

After reading the other reviews, I cooked these for 40 minutes... 25-30 minutes would not have been enough. They came out with a bit of bite left in them, so if you like them soft it would have taken even longer.

They seemed to be missing something, but after I added a little more salt they were perfect. My kind of recipe -- fast, delicious, easy, and almost zero mess.

I LOVED the recipe.I have only one problem with Tyler Florence himself PLEASE stop saying "alright" and "O.K." every 3 seconds.I watched one of your shows with some friends and we counted you actually said Alright and O.K. 50 times within the first 5 minutes of starting to cook.Except for that We are all huge fans of you and your show and you really are a great chef with fantastic recipes like this one.

Super Easy and So Delicious! My husband didn't think he liked sweet potatoes, but after I made these, he went for seconds!! That's definitely a winner in my book!!

I made these sweet potatoes as a side for the pot roast (which was also excellent and they were to die for. My boyfriend is not a sweet potato fan, but couldn't get enough of these! He even took leftover pot roast to work and told me later that he was praying he'd find a few sweet potatoes hiding in the sauce because he was really craving more!

My title sums it up. These are sooo good, especially as a side for fried catfish.
