    I like the cinnamon flavor on the sweet potatoes, but the honey was unnecessary - they were already pretty sweet. Also, I'd toss them with the olive oil rather than drizzling it on, because I used a lot more than necessary in order to even it out.

    I really wanted a recipe that was not loaded with sugar or marshmallows but was still great. I wanted to taste the sweet potatoes and this is the recipe I was looking for.

    Made this for Thanksgiving and one other time. I couldn't believe how many people went back for seconds--even on Thanksgiving! My husband is very picky and doesn't like sweet potatoes, but loves this. Easy to make--not many dirty dishes. Not too sweet and really flavorful!

    Incredible! My husband hates sweet potatoes so I asked him just to try one little piece. One little piece turned into two and so on, and that was while they were still on the baking sheet. He then informed me I should make these when we have guests over for dinner. Definitely a winner!
