    The beef was delicious and made such a pretty presentation. My husband raved about it. The crab salad was a little too spicy for us. I will definitely make the tenderloin again.

    What can I say, you out did yourself again. The Tenderloin was so tender, juicy and very tasty with the crabmeat salad. I never would have tried crabmeat and tenderloin together. Great idea.

    I made this with Phillips canned crab from Costco. It is absolutely delicious! The sambal does pack a punch though, so if you are heat-sensitive, cut back on it a bit. I loved it exactly as written. Would be good as an appetizer in endive leaves.

    This was amazing. Easy to make, and wonderful. I would definitely make this for company. The crab salad has a unique flavor and would also be good as an appetizer.
