    OMG!! I made this last night and we loved it! My husband is not one to eat leftovers, but he actually wants to eat the leftovers for dinner tonight. This recipe is a keeper! Thanks.

    A fantastic soup FULL of flavor! Perfect on a cold winter night.. or with tomatoes ripe from your summer garden. The fresh basil is a must!

    I've made this several times now and it is the very best of the best. It's far better than ANY restaurant gourmet soup including La Madeliene's. I also roast about 1/4 tsp - no more - red pepper flakes along wth the onions, garlc and tomatoes. It gives it the perfect kick! Be sure to add extra, extra basil and the cream (this is what finishes it off to make it to-die-for. Top each serving with a little fresh shredded parmesan and you have perfection.

    Tyler....you did it again!!! Every recipe that my we make turns out so amazingly fabulous we can't get guests to leave any for leftovers!

    I have been using this soup recipe for a while now and love the end result. Especially since no one in my family likes tomatoe soups at all. The recipe is easy to prepare...the tomatoes and fresh herbs can get pricy though...but worth it!!!!
