This turkey was juicy and tender. It was also full of flavor from the sage. The shallots even taste great.

We aren't gravy people, but we decided to make it once anyway. It ended up being a waste of 4 cups of broth. Oh, well. The turkey was good.

I was a bit apprehensive about cutting the meat from the bone but it worked out just fine.
The turkey came out great and was perfect for 3 people with leftovers!!
    I will make this again.
    Thanks Tyler.

I made this this Thanksgiving, when a big bird was unnecessary. It is wonderful and easy...moist and easily carved. The most daunting task is boning the breast, which was easier than I would have believed (use a supple knife. I followed the recipe to the "t" except for adding about a pound of peeled parsnips cut the same size as the baby carrots. Thanks, Tyler.

Vegetables turned out great. Nice thanksgiving meal when you don't want to cook a whole bird.

This was easy to prepare, cooked in a much shorter period of time compared to a whole turkey, and provided all white meat that was so easy to carve. The gravy was delicious too.

I did not want turkey leftovers for the next two weeks to come. Was excited to find Tyler's recipe.

Tried it and really loved it! The turkey came out very moist and tender. The roasted shallots were a big hit!
