I wanted a turkey sandwich for lunch, but I didn't want the same old turkey and mustard I usually have. I didn't have fresh herbs, so I used dried, but the sandwich was still great. The recipe called for all the ingredients that I am currently trying to get rid of, so that made it even better! The flavors are interesting but work well together. I will try this in the future with more quality ingredients, but I think I will probably make this again even without. Glad I tried it!

I made these as an entree with fresh baked bread for a light dinner. Everyone went back for seconds! Great with a spinach salad. Easy to make.

Made these for a baby shower - everyonelvoed them. Used peppered turkey and since strawberries were a bit yuck - I used a strawberry rhubard spread that was a wonderful combination. Made them ahead and just buttered the bread inside first- turned out perfect - no soggy sanwhiches. They would be prettier presentation with bright red strawberries
