I don't know if I did something wrong, but I cooked it according to directions and it was way too wet. Should I have used uncooked rice? It tasted good but the texure was all wrong.

I just made this rice pudding, and it is, by far, the best I have ever tasted. I used cooked brown rice for added nutrition, but kept the remaining ingredients exactly the same. And wow. Fantastic. Thank you, Tyler! You're the best!

This recipe was tasty but I definitely would leave the lemon zest out. It kind of ruined it. I also would forget the raisins too unless you are a big fan of them.

This was great! I've made rice pudding once before and it turned out horribly, so this was a nice surprise. I used skim milk, added 1/2 tsp of nutmeg, and only used 1/2 cup of sugar. The flavors are great! Next time I might add more raisins, and maybe some dates.

Very easy to make and it is really really good.I added oatmeal to mine as well just a little I sprinkled it into it while it was cooking in the pot.I think about an 1/8th of a cup or so.Placed in fridge to cool.

I made it exactly as written and then after tasting, added 2 eggs and nutmeg to make it tasty. I like the instant rice pudding that is on the box over this. Sorry.

at how bad this tasted!!! I LOVE Tyler Florence and I really thought I was going to have a great tasting rice pudding since I read so many good reviews. There were some bad reviews, but I would say 90% loved this receipe. It was very easy to make so I really thought I had a winning receipe with me. Since I thought I would love it so much, I gave 1/2 of the rice pudding to my parents since they also like rice pudding. I'm dying to hear what they think of the receipe. I'll definitely try again using a different receipe.
