I used light olive oil, a lot more parm cheese, and thin slices of red onion, but other than that I followed it exactly. I loved the lemony freshness to it. Also, some caesars have to much garlic for me, this was just right.

I found this to be quite good but not a caesar dressing. It is too light on flavor for caesar. It would be more appropriate to call it a lemon cream dressing. I added more lemon to punch it up and it was stil very mild.

This was my first time making homemade dressing. My husband and I both loved it. We really enjoyed the flavor of the lemon. This was so simply and so good.

Tyler uses EVOO in everything - too much in my opinion. This is a good example of when a lighter oil would allow the other flavors to shine thru instead of being the star.

It was great to try something new, NOT the same old boring Caeser.... It had a great pep to it with the lemon, so fresh and clean.... For those of you who love lemons, this IS the recipe for a great salad!!!

Good, easy but not a traditional caesar dressing. No worcestershire sauce, no dijon mustard not much parmesan cheese, but we liked it OK. Suggestion: blend EVOO with regular olive oil to keep it from being too heavy. Suggest adding fresh ground pepper. Does get thick and creamy. More like an aioli, could be good as a sandwich spread also.
