    though the recipe looks good on paper it wasn't that special when we made it. the couscous was just so-so and the sauce tasted like grass.

    This is such a wonderful entree.

    I also prepared the Ratatouille with Feta, Green Olives, and Almonds - very exotic with deep & complex flavors -
    wonderful!

    For another side dish, I made some hummus - & everything was so_ yummy!

    The Caprese Salad was great, too!
