This had to be some of the most deliciously moist salmon I have ever tasted. It was outstanding.

I served this to my family and they loved it. The flavors were terrific and the "crust" added great texture. A grat dish for company as it went together very easily

This recipe is easy, and good enough to serve to company! The combination of flavors is exhilerating enough for a gourmet to enjoy. I used Italian couscous, which is bigger than Israeli or Moroccan. I may try it with basnati rice just for fun!

I have never known coucous could actually taste good. This does and is a prefect pairing with the salmon. This was so good that I bought a special casserole dish for it for the next time I make it. It will be soon.

It was okay, but not great. Even with salt and pepper and the olive oil, the whole thing was just a little bit dry for my tastes. It needed something else ... a sauce, or another flavoring, or something. But the salmon was cooked well and very juicy.
