    I made this meal tonight, complete with the dill creme fraiche (sans cornichons and smashed potatoes. In all honesty, this was one of the best tasting dishes I have had in my entire life. I kid not! If I could give this recipe 10 stars I would.

    Absolutely the best way to prepare salmon ever!! The skin is so crispy you can cut through it with a fork ( I don't usually like skin but this Rocks!. The first time I put the salmon on top of a mixed salad and it was awesome. The next time I made the dill sauce (used light sour cream and placed the salmon on top of smashed potatoes and this was Super Awesome!!

    This dish was excellent. The flavors of the sauce and potato mash complimented the salmon perfectly. Now if I could only find decent salmon around here, it would be outstanding... the local grocery store salmon is unimpressive at best.

    This is a quick and easy way to cook this delicious fish. It came out as described, a wonderful crispy skin and delicious moist fish. I served it over the smashed potatoes and it was a wonderful and easy complete meal.

    I saw this show as I was walking out the door on my way to grocery store with recipe for Giada's salmon. This looked so good and easy. I watched the show, then headed to the store with Tylers recipe. My husband doesnt eat fish except for his grandmothers, and he was impressed. I will definitely make this again. Couldn't find creme fraiche so used sour cream and it came out great.

    I am a PC in Savannah, GA and fixed this after a day of working. Make brown rice which I mixed with parsley/butter/garlic and braised baby bok choy with a chicken stock sesame seed oil dressing. YUM, YUM. Thx Tyler
    PS I will now add this to my client recipe collection

    This is the best salmon recipe I have ever tried. It was very easy to prepare and everyone loved it. The smashed potatoes were unexpectedly delicious. I didn't have dill or watercress, but the potatoes tasted great without them. This is one recipe that I will be making again and again, and I suggest you try it too.

    I've only made salmon three times in my life. After trying this recipe I'll be making it a lot more often. It's easy, moist, delicious and quick! I couldn't believe how easy it was!
