The broccoli rabe recipe here does not match the dish Tyler made today. He used chicken stock in the saute. FN does not seem to be careful in printing the recipes EXACTLY as they are shown on TV. The lasagna Tyler made is not the same as others have said. Tyler said he does not put sauce first because you get soggy lasagna, but in the printed recipe he does just that.

I found a wilty bunch of Broccoli Rabe at a local organic farmers market yesterday and soaked it in cold water for a few hours and bingo it rehydrated into a beautiful bunch of greens.
The flavor was great! I used a garlic slicer to do 6 cloves of garlic for a double recipe and some ground some italian red peppers for the spicy kick. I was surprised by the lemon zest that wasn't mentioned in the tv show but it really added a depth of flavor.
