    Wonderful recipe served with grilled salmon. Added some fresh minced taragon to the spinach which added a little puch to compliment the fish.

    This was a great side. ..served with a grilled steak and twice baked sweet potato (recipe from food network . Don't be fooled - this is truly only two servings so make sure you double or triple if you are serving more. A keeper.

    I had never done anything with spinach other than raw in a salad or steamed. This turned out great and very easy to make. I added a little crushed red pepper to give it a bit of a kick.
