I loved this; and I usually do not like coleslaw. I couldn't find savoy cabbage in the store, so I substituted half red and half green cabbage. I also took the hint to add cucumbers. What really made up for the lack of savoy I think was the super fresh cilantro I added from my garden. It has such a stronger smell and taste than the store bought kind has. I made this as a side dish with Roasted Pineapple Ginger Chicken with Cilantro Cream Sauce for a dinner party. It was a big hit- all the guests enjoyed both recipes together.

This is so yummy I can't stop eating it! It's a nice twist on coleslaw. I added in some sliced cucumbers, next time I think I will add in jalepenos! Even my picky mother (who doesn't like coleslaw enjoyed it! Will be making this again. Thanks Tyler!

This is my new & preferred slaw. I've added jalapeno pepper to it and it works beautifully. Friends and family are craving this at every event.

Fantastic! I used Napa cabbage instead of Savoy because my local store dose not carry Savoy. But I can't imagine this being any better than it was tonight! Very light and refreshing, the cilantro and lime really go well together and the Napa was mild and not overpowering. My mother who is a slaw fanatic said this was the best she ever had. I know it was the best I ever had (but I am not a huge fan of traditional slaw, but I am of this recipe.

This is excellent! Very fresh & light...it may be tempting when you first toss the cabbage & dressing to add more, but resist! It gets very juicy in a matter of minutes

I have made this for 3 or 4 dinner parties now and it is always a hit! People that dont usually like coleslaw love it. I go just a tad lighter on the sour cream but that is just a taste preference.

Mediocre. Will try a traditional coleslaw recipe next time.

I made this yesterday to go with some smoked pulled pork for dinner, I have to say this is the best coleslaw I have had in years. I changed a few items since I did not have some. I used red onions instead of scallions and lemon juice instead of lime and some shredded carrots and a few dashes of cayenne pepper. It was so yummy. I did add less of the sugar and let it marinaded in the frig for a couple of hours before serving. I will definitely be making this again soon!
