Realized at the last moment I was out of sour cream, so I subbed some greek yogurt. I also added some carrot to the slaw just for color. I basically just added the lime juice until it tasted right to me. Tasted great--the lime adds a little something different to the standard cole slaw flavor. Good solid side dish!

Delicious and fresh tasting. The recipe is unclear about the amount of lime juice to add and a "squeeze" didn't cut it...I used at least a half lime perhaps 2 Tbs. Refrigerate together for an hour before was a good suggestion. Change nothing else. I will make this again for a hot summer day BBQ.

Excellent! What a nice change for a cole slaw and pairs nicely with any Mexican meal and Mexican beer. A nice cool salad for the summer months! My entire family loved this.

This was really good. I also added some purple cabbage for color, and shredded carrot as well. I substituted non fat yogurt for the sour cream and added a lot of corse fresh ground black pepper. Served with grilled salmon with a chipotle sauce. My husband usually likes a vinegar based dressing on cole slaw, but he loved this one.

Tasty. Next time I will try it with reduced fat sour cream and less sugar to see if the taste is as good.

Love this recipe. I mixed the mayonnaise, sour cream and lime together and refrigerated it for about an hour before adding it to the cabbage mix; so the flavors would meld together. I also reduced the sugar to 1 tablespoon and it came out perfect! Everyone loved it!

Crazy good. I love simple recipes that are terrific, and this is one. We also brined some chicken breasts and thighs in a simple salt/sugar brine with garlic, ginger, and lime zest and then grilled them -- nice combination. I would image this one would be very easy to make lo-cal or lo-carb as well. Thanks!
