This recipe was quick and easy, but thought it could use a little more seasoning.

Well apparently the last review I wrote was too profane and I have to re-write it, that's how good this recipe is. It didn't take any extra cooking time for me. My advice is to use a mandolin to slice the potatoes thin (1/8 in. did work for meand even. Maybe my girlfiend's crush on Tyler is justified after all.

Very good and well worth the time over the boxed potatoes. My family loved them.

Sorry, I have to knock one star off. When I was making the recipe I wanted to leave the parmesean out but I didn't want to fool with the recipe. I will make it again but leave the cheese out. My husband even said something negative about the cheese. Good alfredo sauce but not for potatoes.

This recipe was so SIMPLE and very good.I did this for Christmas and it was a hit.But I substituted it with half and half with 2tbl.butter no Parmesan cheese and dry thyme.I have very picky sons and grandsons but one of my sons RAVED about it.
