Probably the best scalloped potatoes ever! I doubled the recipe and they took a lot longer to cook, but well worth the wait. I also added very thin sliced onions to the mix.

We also made these for Easter, first we doubled the recipe and also added cheddar cheese they were great!! The only thing we will try different the next time is to grate the parmesan ourselves and not use the process type.

Made these potatoes for Easter and they were great. Followed the video instructions as it is different from the recipe. Very easy and tasty.

Was truly surprised to see this as a Tyler Florence recipe! We have been baking these potatoes for decades in our family! We make variations of it of course, but this was and is just a basic recipe!

This recipe is the best that I have ever tried. These potatoes are soooo good and don't take long to throw together. I, too, put a blend of monterey jack and cheddar with the parmesan on the layers and it was wonderful.
